5-Day Yoga Habit Challenge (save this page!)

Welcome to the 5-Day Yoga Habit Challenge! I am so happy you decided to join!

Over the next five days, you can expect to receive Daly Actionable Steps or Behavior Change and Yoga actionable steps to that:… you will begin to notice

  • An increase in your energy.
  • Improved flexibility.
  • Increased ability to stay consistent easily without needing hours.

Here’s what you need to do:

STEP 1:

Watch your Day 0 video.

STEP 2:

Follow me on Instagram to stay in touch, and tag me along the way. Also, feel free to check out my website to learn more about how I can help you. If you find any of my emails in your junk folder, move them to your Inbox and white label any email from sylvie@empoweredbeyondweightloss.com because the last thing I want is for you to miss any of the inspirational and motivational support that comes along with this free challenge.

STEP 3:

All you need is 10 minutes a day. Pick a time when you will invest these 10 minutes in yourself and stick with your plan starting tomorrow.

The people who have the most success are those who show up, participate, and ask for help when needed. So, if you’ve ever wondered why you sign up for these things and don’t stay consistent, you’re not alone… This is exactly why I’ve put this challenge together.

DAY 1

Welcome to Day 1 of your Yoga Habit Challenge.

3 Main Tips to Get the Most Out Of This Challenge:

1- Show up on the mat for 5 minutes daily (scroll down for today’s 5-minute video).

2- Pick the same time daily and consider the other elements in your routine.

3- Do not neglect your Habits Mindfulness videos.

Start with this video:

During the challenge, your routines are only 5 minutes long because we want to create a yoga habit. Even when you have a busy day and don’t feel like showing up on the mat, you can tell yourself: It’s only 5 minutes. You show up anyway, and that’s how you create a habit. You discover you love how you feel after showing up on the mat.

I can hardly believe it since I used to kill myself with HIIT and dumbbells and still didn’t see the results I saw after finding an approach to doing yoga that worked for me. Now, my abs, shoulders, and arms look strong and defined. My whole body is toned and flexible. Plus, I feel energized instead of drained.

Not only did it work, but it was fun and rewarding! I strive to share that with you because, in truth, many women think they need to lift weights to build muscle, but they don’t. They might be interested in yoga but aren’t sure it will be worth their time because their main goal is to get toned and strong. They envision yoga as this calm and reflective activity that doesn’t require much physical strength, and often, they are right! They pick random yoga videos off YouTube or join a local yoga class.

That’s why I am so excited about this challenge, and I hope you like it too!

DAY 2

Welcome to Day 2 of your Yoga Habit Challenge. Today, we talk about how to evaluate your current habits. Plus, today’s yoga routine focuses on your back strength and flexibility.

If you are anything like most people I work with, you may have forgotten to practice your yoga routine and watch your habit training video yesterday or today.

Have you ever wondered why you often start something with the best intentions and end up falling off the wagon? Do you ever blame yourself for being disciplined or not working hard enough? Do you feel you have to do it all or nothing?

It’s not your fault if you have inherited unhelpful habits, but it is your responsibility to figure out how to adjust them in a meaningful way.

Your current life is the sum of your habits. You do not rise to the level of your goals; you fall to the level of your systems. Your goals are what you want to achieve or your desired outcome. The collection of your habits is your system. When you optimize your habits, you optimize your system. That’s what I will help you with whenever there is a gap between your goals and your system. The system always wins. It doesn’t matter what your intentions were. It doesn’t matter what you hope to achieve. Your habits will win.

If you are anything like most people I work with, you may have forgotten to practice your yoga routine and watch your habit training video today:

You told yourself you would get started on Monday, and you didn’t. It’s not your fault! That’s why we focus on rewiring the brain over the next five days as you set habits that support your goals to get toned and flexible. You will always struggle with sticking to anything unless you learn to create good habits.

The problem is that most people try to act based on motivation when that doesn’t work. What works is setting good habits.

It’s not too late to get started!

It only takes 10 minutes to get through the videos, and all you need to do is show up to create a habit. I know you can do it!

You are busy, so I want to save you time. The fact that you are here shows that you are ready for a change. Let me help you get started so you can see the results you want: a toned and flexible body that works for you, not the other way around.

Let me tell you that when I did HIIT and lifted dumbbells, I hated it, but I thought that’s what I had to do to get fit. Now, I love my yoga routines! I love the way they make me look and feel! I fit in my clothes better, I look more athletic, and I can do cool things like the splits. Not only does yoga work, but I enjoy showing up. It is fun and rewarding. I can’t wait to help you go through the same transformation!

DAY 3

Welcome to Day 3 of the Yoga Habit Challenge.

Today’s yoga routine focuses on leg strength and flexibility, and your habit training teaches you how to create habits that benefit your body, mind, and soul.

Haven’t you started yet? This challenge is meant to meet you where you are. Have you ever wondered why you often begin something with the best intentions and end up falling off the wagon? Do you ever blame yourself for not being disciplined enough or not work hard enough? Do you feel like you have to do it all or nothing at all?

The problem is that most people try to act based on motivation when that’s not what works. What works is setting good habits.

If you are like most people and many people I have worked with, you fall into one of three categories:

  1. You signed up and had the best intentions to get started but haven’t started yet.
  2. You signed up and started but stopped.
  3. You signed up and are crushing it!

No matter where you are, I am here to support you through this challenge. Send me a DM on Instagram. Together, we can remove roadblocks and identify blind spots to stay accountable to yourself every step of the way so that you can create the habits that will benefit your body, mind, and soul.

DAY 4

Welcome to Day 4 of the Yoga Habit Challenge. Your habits impact your life in many lasting ways. That’s why we spend those five days instilling the habit of yoga. If you want to get strong and flexible in the least amount of time possible, the routines you are trying this week will give you a taste of what’s possible.

Ask yourself: Why did you sign up for this challenge in the first place? Maybe you knew you wanted to get started with yoga and were curious about how to create a yoga habit. Perhaps you wanted a more significant transformation and a huge improvement in your body composition. You figured yoga could be the answer. I would love to hear what you hope to get from this challenge. Hit reply and let me know! You have lifetime access to the challenge; I will improve it as I hear from my students.

I want to let you know why I created this challenge. I wanted to help women discover how powerful just the act of showing up for something could be and help them learn how to develop habits that support their goals.

Show up on your Yoga Mat for 5 minutes:

Tomorrow is the last day of the challenge. Start thinking about how you will keep creating habits that serve you and save more time as you strive to reach your fitness goals.

DAY 5

Welcome to Day 5 of the Yoga Habit Challenge. The focus of today’s lesson is how you can save time to reach your health goals. You don’t want to miss that one!

Here’s your last 5-minute yoga routine:

Congratulations, you made it to the end of the challenge!

By now, you have probably experienced what it’s like to show up for yourself daily to do something that you can be proud of.,

Here are the main takeaways that you may have gleaned from the challenge:

  • Yoga is an effective and fun tool to reach your fitness goals as you get toned, flexible, and hot!
  • Yoga can be challenging! It’s not just about touching your toes!
  • A personalized yoga program that builds on itself yields fast results.
  • Working on creating healthy habits is an essential component of making durable life changes.
  • Your habits affect your physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
  • Accountability can be what makes or breaks your success.

If you are reading this and have stopped doing the challenge, you are not alone.

Do you want to know the real reason why people give up? Because they don’t see the results they want and decide that whatever they are doing isn’t working. But that’s like a toddler falling when learning to walk and saying, “I guess I can’t walk. I am never going to walk.” Of course, the toddler doesn’t say that and gives up.

So, what is the key to stopping giving up?

Figuring an action plan that works!

Together, we can keep moving forward as we create habits to support your goals and work on getting you in the best shape of your life using yoga.
